Friendly, professional and customer oriented.

Sign up for my son Owen to get a haircut. He was next in line. Hairstylist took Owens name off the Baird and proceeded to walk over and get him. She started to talk to another kid. I said is Owen next because he’s right here. She looked at the other kid and said well what haircut do you want. Proceeded to take him and get his haircut. Next stylist came up and asked for the next person. I said Owen was next, I told her the situation, she walked over to the stylist that was cutting the child’s hair and she said I asked for Owen and no one came. Out right lied. It’s literally said that instead of saying hey my fault or making an apology, she kept lying. The older gentleman sitting across from me was just shaking his head because he was there the whole time, and knew she was lying too. I’m in total disbelief was just a place. So I took my son and left.

Carrie did an amazing job and was the most fun to talk to during the cut. Will be going back to her for sure from now on!
